48 Hour Working Time Opt-Out

Under the Working Time Regulations 1998, workers are generally limited to an average of 48 hours of work per week.

Workers may voluntarily agree to opt out of this limit.

If you choose to opt out:

• You may work more than 48 hours per week where required

• Your agreement is entirely voluntary

• You may withdraw your opt-out at any time by providing written notice

Choosing not to opt out will not affect your opportunity to obtain assignments through Rosewood Tradesmen Ltd.
